彭立，男，博士，教授，博导，地理与资源科学学院院长，西南土地资源评价与监测教育部重点实验室主任。入选省级人才项目，四川省杰出青年基金获得者，四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选。主要招收人文地理学专业、地图学与地理信息系统专业的研究生。

       主要从事人文地理学和3S应用技术的研究，近期的主要研究方向包括灾害风险适应与管理、土地利用与生态格局、空间规划与地理大数据等方面研究。

       作为项目负责人主持包括国家自然科学基金（4项）在内的国家级课题6项，省部级项目7项，及其他纵横向课题若干。目前已发表学术论文100余篇，其中以第一和通讯作者发表SCI/SSCI论文60余篇，授权专利11项，出版学术专著3部。获得第四届中国自然资源学会青年科技奖等奖项； 参与了包括5.12汶川地震、4.20芦山地震、4.25尼泊尔地震等若干次大地震的灾后恢复重建规划及资源环境承载力评价工作。

社会任职、荣誉称号：

       兼任中国地理学会理事、中国自然资源学会理事、四川省地理学会副理事长等；兼任《地理教育》《亚热带资源与环境学报》等期刊编委，担任Earth`s future, International Journal Of Disaster Risk Reduction ，Journal of rural study，Tourism Management、Land use policy等国际一流学术期刊审稿人。
